As much as I'd be happy for Oliver to go out there and get his shutout, he looked gassed last inning and he's thrown 105 pitches already. Save his arm for the rest of the season..pitching in this condition really risks injury.

Because he had already warmed up. No need to warm up a whole new pitcher just because the game got out of hand.

I'll be at the Nets game tonight but I'm bringing my IPod radio along to listen to the game. Hopefully Glavine can get 295 against Marquis. I'd love for the Mets to be able to explode against a pitcher that has been dominating recently back to back days.
