damn, great game though.
Raps deserve to lose that one, they played a terrible first half and poured it on late. KG and Allen were awesome.

Rondo is a below-average NBA PG at this point in his career. The sooner the Boston lemmings realize this, the better off we'll all be.

He's also an awful fit for that team, but we've covered that already.

Disclaimer: I'm a big time Celtics fan.

Rondo is a superior athlete with great quickness. Solid to above average ball handler, with good (but not great) passing. Last season, his outside shot was abysmal. In the offseason, it appears like he worked on his shot a lot, and in preseason he hit a few jumpers. I'd say it is still below average, but not so awful that he won't hit wide open 14 footers (like Eric Snow). His other weakness is finishing at the rim. He is fast enough to beat guys off the dribble, but needs to work on his floaters and finishing with both hands. His decision making isn't bad for a 2nd year guy, but like most young PGs, it needs work.

Overall, he has great speed, defense, hands, and athleticism. If he can get his shot to the point of respectability, he'll have a very good career.

As far as fit with the team goes, other teams will be doubling off his all year onto the big three. Even though he may be more suited for a run and gun style, his defense earns him a starting spot over the sniper Eddie House.

Suns fans,

After watching the Lakers beat the Suns my wife suggested the Suns couldn't concentrate due to Brian Skinner's terrible beard. Thoughts?
