Oic. Let me ask a question then: What makes everyone think NE wont win by 3tds and a fg?

Maybe you got confused and thought this was a cricket line.

Ok, I guess I was being a little too literal and for that I apologize. Can anyone honestly feel that betting against this team is a good idea though? I just dont get it I guess. Thank you for being civil and not just flaming me furyshade.

Maybe you got confused and thought this was your average football team.

Whatever, clearly you experts come out of the woodwork for things like this.

Why are you getting so bent out of shape? Im just trying to understand why you experts still dont think this team is so far above everyone else its not even funny. /pissing contest.

im not claiming to be an expert, the farthest from it, but the logic is that there is no reason for this team to be scoring that much more, if they are already winning they dont need to win by such a large margin. they seem to do it anyway but not by this large of a margin often and the later it gets in the season the more likely they are to take brady out early to avoid a possible injury. there is simply no justification if brady is out for championships because he was in when they were up by 17

Let me get this straight: Youre saying that the Patriots are not completely dominant over every other team in the league this year? Fine, thats your opinion and Ill just respectfully disagree. Nice talking to you.

Sifting through this forum for like the 5 good posts a week and running over garbage like this puts me on abysmal tilt.

Can you explain the Indy game to me? Being down 20-10?

Re: *** OFFICIAL 11/25/07 NFL SNF GAME THREAD (PHI @ NE) ***

being completely dominant doesn't mean they have to win every game by a large margin, they dont get extra credit for winning the game by 24 as opposed to 4. brady is coming out earlier and earlier. and if just go by the raw statistics, like someone said, they have only covered this spread 3 times. if the spread were 20 id say take it, but 24.5 is a LOT to cover
