Eat a lot fruit, esp. bananas. also celery. I you have a gf, do that and don't J/Ko for at least 2 days before hitting her again.

Just to add to this already excellent advice; supplement with zinc as well on top of drinking a lot of water. I am guessing this 'sex tips for girls' show was in actuallity an infomercial. Was it the one where they question couples on the (clearly not staged) street? Then the guys just happen to have been using the product with good results..
