Re: About to ask some girl to prom
Making this post took a lot more balls than asking her out over facebook...I think she meant it took balls because the chance of looking pathetic was so high.
Props for posting pics, keep em coming. |

Remember when there used to be phonebooks where you could look up someone's telephone number by name? Whatever happened to those? [/ QUOTE ] I don't know her parents name or her address. [ QUOTE ] I think she meant it took balls because the chance of looking pathetic was so high. [/ QUOTE ] Probably. Though there is also the chance that by me knowing it would make me look pathetic, it seems like I actually cared enough about her to do it anyway. Risk reward. I'll try a different line with the next one. |

It takes zero balls to ask over Facebook. Even asking over the phone is pretty damn pathetic. [/ QUOTE ] I think she meant it took major balls to do that because eveyrone will know how douche-baggy it is. Major balls to say, F the haters, I'm a douche, I'm asking you out over facebook anyway. |
Re: About to ask some girl to prom
wtf is it with people asking girls out over the internet? This is the worst approach for sure. It shows you dont have the balls to ask out in the real world, def -pEV.
Email, myspace, facebook are all lame ways to ask anyone out if you already know them in real life. |
Re: About to ask some girl to prom
i got dumped in an e-mail once

[/ QUOTE ] But you have the last name at least. Depending on where you live, you could narrow down multiples with the same last name by address/school district. Then start calling and asking for her. "Ooops, sorry, wrong number." And try the next one. Christ teenagers are [censored] lazy these days. We didn't have the internet when I was in high school. Back in my day, we knew how to stalk chicks proper. |
Re: About to ask some girl to prom
This is what makes no sense to me. When I was in high school (grad 1998), there was no myspace or facebook, some people had IM or ICQ, but since everyone had dialup, it wasn't on all damn day. No one had their own cell phone. Nowadays, the kids have it so easy and are way too lazy, and apparently girls hand out BJs like candy. So not fair.

lol @ the good ole days of 1998. [/ QUOTE ] Not saying they were good, but we didn't ask out girls over facebook. You must admit, the internet has changed a bit in the last 9 years. And there were no stories on CNN about every kid in 9th grade getting a BJ. |
