Somewhere, after the game, I think Drew Bledsoe made a toast in honor of Tony Romo...and laughed his ass off.

[/ QUOTE ]

Why would Bledsoe be laughing at anyone?

If you blame romo for that loss your forgetting a bunch of other sto boot including MR Owens.

That loss was Romo's fault. Plain and simple. I don't know how you can argue otherwise.

tone,

"That loss was Romo's fault. Plain and simple. I don't know how you can argue otherwise."

Actually, you can argue otherwise in many ways. That game shouldn't come down to a botched hold and it is sad actually, bc he takes all the blame (and he should take a lot) yet when you analyze the game you can see it wasn't entirely his fault.

What about Brady James being the worst cover linebacker in the league. Hell, Kitna calls him out on a Seattle radio show and everyone is like, "well, yea he is." Combine this with Roy Williams being the worst cover safety in the league (as well as the most overrated defensive player) and what you get is Jeremy Stevens, a player that has been routinely booed every single game by his home fans b/c of how incredibly bad he has played all year long, run straight up the middle and cut through James and Williams as if they don't have a clue for TD's. Did you not watch the game or the replays, there isn't two players on defense that allow a td on that route in the entire league...that isn't on Romo. That is spotting Seattle 14 points on being flat out terrible in the secondary.

Then think about how costly the Whitten fumble was, it was devastating. But then realize that it wasn't even near the most costly fumble of the game. Terry Glenn fumbles on the 2 nearly giving Seattle a TD, it turns out that the TD would have been better than a Safety b/c Dallas' defense is so atrocious that we would have rather give them 7 points than 2 points and the ball and a sure 6-8 more points.

I seriously have no clue how you can only point your finger at one person, no matter who it is when nobody on the field played well. This was a God awful game in which two teams played terrible football for 4 quarters and it just so happens that Dallas [censored] up the most and Seattle moves on.

I am not saying Romo played well b/c he didn't but neither did anyone else. He was just the potatoes that made up the stew.

Re: Tony Romowned!!!

Romo played a crappy game for sure...but compared to Glenn...bobbling the snap is a much bigger [censored] up then catching a bad pass basically in your endzone with a defender in your face and having it smacked out by the defender.

Glenn's fumble was huge in terms of momentum...but a fumble is understandable given Glen was off balance and the fumble was more the result of the defender hitting the ball out perfectly and less about Glenn just dropping it.

Romo's [censored] was epic.

You can never make this statement regarding a football game because there are so many other players/plays involved you could go back and point at. If Glenn doesn't fumble, if Owens make some catches, etc. His was clearly the easiest play to make that lead to their loss for sure but it is never one guys fault.
