Re: #6 - Kurt Russell
You need Jeff Bridges in here. His hair in 'The Contender' alone is worth an award.
This photo really doesn't convey how thick and lush it is, but it's the best I could find: http://www.cinema.com/image_lib/3953_24_thumb.jpg |

Bruce Campbell should lead the b-list hair review

Re: Hollywood Hair Hall Of Fame
When you mentioned you would do a thread on this, I didn't know if you were kidding or could pull it off. Extraordinary work! I look forward to its completion and your further extensions of the theme.

Honorable Mentions
Before I start the countdown of my top 5, it is time to pay homage to the select few who made my short list, but for one reason or another, did not sneak into my top 10.

Re: Honorable Mentions
Nice to see Bruce Lee getting some respect.
OOT rules should be altered to require all future top 10 lists to adopt this format. You have revolutionized this concept. Kudos to you, sir! |
#5 - Yul Brynner
In what will undoubtedly be the most controversial selection on my list, the great Yul Brynner clocks in at #5. Brynner is arguably the most famous bald man ever. His freshy shaved do was decades ahead of its time, and inspired countless imitators such as Louis Gossett Jr., Bruce Willis, and Michael Chiklis. His look is timeless, and he was the most bad-ass bald cowboy in the history of cinema.

Re: #5 - Yul Brynner
Wow.
I am shaken to my very core. I don't know if I can fully comprehend the genius of placing the great Yul Brynnar on this list. I feel like I need to lie down, and contemplate my existance. |
