Hi jek,

Illinois Law makes it a Class A misdemeanor if a person; "Knowingly establishes, maintains, or operates an Internet site that permits a person to play a game of chance or skill for money or other thing of value by means of the Internet _ _ ."

You mean all these years I coulda been gambling ON the Bo-Ho site?

No, but it's conceivable we could have been charged w/aiding and abetting.

Also, as a general note to all, I realize we've appeared like we're overreacting here, but there is still information that we haven't revealed that will help everything add up (I don't know when I'll be able to reveal it, but it is coming. (I know, I'm more of a tease than a Whore, but oh well.))

protecting themselves from what exactly?

It was my understanding that simply publishing information relating to online gambling is protected under the constituion?

Google "pipe bomb making" and am i sure you will find hundereds of usefull websites.

No, he's right. PartyGaming, Sportingbet, BetAndWin, etc. don't block Americans from their sites. There's nothing illegal with publishing information about gambling.

Your point would be? They cant do anything about it unless its in their state, doesnt mean there isnt a law on the books making these sites illegal. He said nothing makes it illegal to have a website on gambling and that is flat out untrue in certain states, where there is no grey area about it they are flat out illegal(not just the actual poker sites sites that link to them also). Is it rediculous? Of course, the law is still there though.
