Nah. We definitely found 1 to 2 to be much, much easier. I've heard moving from 2 to 3 (where the parents are outnumbered) is hard, but I don't think anything compares to 0 to 1.

Our second boy was born July 15th, 8lbs 2oz, both baby and mother are doing great! Given how large and healthy the baby is, we think the expected due date was actually later than previously expected.

And for a father, I'd say the transition from 1->2 is tougher than 0->1, as night time help is similar but daytime I'm doing much more to help with the 2 yr old so mother can spend time with the baby. [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]

My wife is pregnant w/ our first child, and the baby is due on Dec 16, 07. We don't know if it's going to be a boy or girl, and I don't really care, I'm excited either way. It's the first grandchild on both sides, so it's going to be me and my wife vs. the world in the battle to keep this kid from being spoiled [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]

Update:

I'm going to have a baby boy and he is do Dec. 24th. Right now he looks very healthy and everything looks good. So he should be a good healthy baby.
