I think the best rule change would be to not announce the identity of anyone who gets killed. Because the villagers are destroying these games. I was in one in OOT where we lynched our angel the first day and they ate the seer the second night and the villagers still won.

Edit: I think this is because our wolf/villager ratio are based off games with no seer and no angel. An alternative rule change would be to lose one or both of those characters.

what about speed werewolf. days can only take 90 minutes max, nights 20 minutes. no lynching/killing, between 2am-2pm...

That would be good. I also don't think you should be allowed to vote for yourself. And everybody should have to say something during the day.

I think our biggest mistake was the way we lost snarf...
We all pretty much knew he would get voted for, so I proposed that we all start off the voting on him to confuse people.We decided to play it "normal" and wait for snarf to accumulate votes, which I think might have aroused suspicion on me from tigerite for my voting pattern.
Besides that I feel that the wolves played well, not counting the fact that they couldn't find the seer, which was absolutely crucial for victory.
I think adding a serial killer who isn't on either team would be a fun addition to the game. Not sure if you would need another power role good guy.
