I think I remember some New England slang for them is out and about, but not what it was. But it goes on around a lot of the Eastern seaboard and in the south, so there are probably many different names for it. Mostly I just saw it described simply as squirrel brains.

They aren't roadkill. Some people trap them and others find the squirrels fun to hunt with .22 rifles.

Well that was kinda my point... this guy who used to be a restaurant supplier (omg), now has a show about cooking up Roadkill...

Great Performances....PBS.

Tchaikovsky's 4th Symphony.....

Performed by the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra with Michael Tillson Thomas conducting.

Half way through the first movement, it is so far wonderfully performed.

Catch it if you can.
