My boss had me come in to work at 10am today for my first day. Conversation when he leaves at ~7pm:

Me: Hey, when do you want me to come in tomorrow?
Boss: When do you want to come in?
Me: 10 works.
Boss: 10 it is.

Beat - thinking starting at 10am is a lie in.

Beat - the ceiling is getting repaired next week due to water damage and the builders are going to be starting work at like 8am every morning for the next couple of weeks. For someone who usually gets up at about 3pm this is going to be disruptive to say the least! Whay can't builders work normal people hours!!!!

It's all relative. Two months ago I was sleeping in until 2pm every day. My mom was convinced I was gonna have to start working at 8am so I get a solid "I told you so" out of this as well.
