imo these pictures are more for entertainment than anything else. it's not like with Bonds where people are trying to use them as evidence proving that Merriman took steroids. We already know he did, this is just fun after the fact.

The sleeves of the jersey come out on the first pic.

Plus I think he is just more relaxed in the second. I do wonder how his skin became so light though.

Pretty humorous that people think there isn't a difference in his appearance. His face, neck, and shoulders are all narrower.

FWIW, he looks healthier in the second picture.
