Fracchiolla,
To my knowledge no one on AP has been cheated at BJ, the exposed cheats were playing high stakes poker. Therefore you were NOT cheated and only a handful of poker players were, you unfortunately lost like alot of folks do at BJ.

However your remaining money in the account is rightfully yours and you CAN get it if you follow the steps they ask you to, as suggested before this is a completely standard process which almost all sites make you go through for your first cashout.

Disputing these charges with your financial institution will eventually come back on you, the poker sites have over the last few years had problems with people disputing charges so they have taken the necessary measures to track where charges/deposits come from in the event someone disputes a valid charge. If you dispute a valid charge it will come back on you at some point, could even get charged off on your credit report as bad debt if they dont get it back out of your bank account, etc etc. No reason to go down this path, make the right decision.

37 losing hands in a row is just statistically impossible!

Didn't read all of this but --

if this is your husband's account

and he doesn't want you to dispute this or supply the information

then have him give you the money and he can keep what's in the account. He gets to gamble it away and you get one hell of a facial and maybe even some permanent cosmetics

Lets put it this way. Go to a B&M and win 1200 dollars on a slot or more on a tournament (bj/poker). If you don't have proper id including your ss number you won't get the money until you come up with the documents. What is your problem. Oh, by the way, B&M's don't require id before you play either except for being legal age.
