Just send a transfer of $150/$270 for 6/12 months if a NEW upgrade ($120/$240 if renewal for 6/12 months) to player Stoxtrader on either Full Tilt or Poker Stars.

for prepaid membership (6 mo./12 mo.) payment can only be done by paypal/neteller? normal credit card/debit card wont work?

You can also do a poker site transfer to player Stoxtrader on either Full Tilt or Stars.

I signed up for a year and made a transfer from PS yesterday and sent the email with my choices of free items. I have yet to receive any confirmation from anyone other than PS saying that the money was transfered. Appreciate it if someone can look in to this.
