its a 1000 hands dude take it easy. if you use proper BR management and you play 10 nl its only 5 buyins. it happens.

here is my (serious) attempt to give advice that will help you beat 10nl:

1. play tight preflop
2. bet pot on every street when you have a good hand, otherwise fold

voila! you are now a winner at 10nl
