For some people Math is just nearly impossible, not sure why. i.e. I worked for a guy for a couple of years who ran his own service company. Mainly fixed and installed HVAC equipment, but the man could literally fix almost any mechanical/electrical machine in common use, but he couldn't figure decimals for the life of him or basic algebra.

Only a PM away from someone who can teach algebra to a 10 year old better than anyone in the world.
