I know this dealer as well. He is from Baton Rouge. The first $1/$2 live game I ever played was at his house.

Anyone knows who that Lori is? She only had like 12-13k, but the game was still far from starting (Afflek was still in the charity event).

Also, that pic of Matt Damon really reminds me of The Departed.

LSU player,
Talking publicly about the host of an underground poker game is bad form. You should edit if you still have time.

I'd be careful, according to Annie Duke, Affleck is "world class"

Affleck lost a huge pot (70K+, I believe) to Danny Ayaila. The board was J8rag wit 2 diamonds. They got all-in on the flop. The turn came a 3rd diamond and the board paired the rag on the river. Danny turned over J8 for top 2 pair, and Ben mucked... He likely had something like AJ, but it's possible that he had an over pair and didn't realize that he had the best hand. He was quite inebriated and did not rebuy.

From what i heard, the amount BA lost in the post was 70K, so it was possibly a 150K+ pot. I got on the list, but i was like 20 deep and never had a prayer of getting in the game (nor am i really bankrolled for it). Also heard 2nd hand:
Not quite sure of the preflop action, but there was at least a raise, a re-raise, and a call. Flop J8-rag (2 diamonds). BA was first to act and led out, Alei raises, BA pushes, Alei calls and shows J8. Turn and River are 5s. Rumor was circulating that he had an overpair and didn't realize his hand was good, but no one saw his cards so that's just speculation, albeit funny speculation. They were both wasted. AJ or 9T are the only hands that really make sense.
