"2-7 Triple Draw

Sometimes called Kansas City Lowball, Deuce to Seven Triple Draw is a lowball game that forces you to make the worst possible hand and gives you three draws to do it."

*sigh*

Please email stars and ask for SINGLE draw, which is actually KCL.

Yes, and I hate the world poker tour too. Nothing good has come from either.

Shana Hiatt.

Also, I am sure that if there's enough demand, a game like KCL could be added. support@pokerstars.com is your friend.

The point is that KCL is nothing like a silly home game wild card game.

You're right, it differs because it was once in played in casinos. Beyond that, the differences are lost on me. I'll buy that it was once considered a leading candidate for the main event of the WSOP. People will always want to play the game they are most familiar with and if it was very common at the time (as you stated) then that explains it.

Some people don't like learning new games and want to keep playing their favorite and/or best one. Some people will even get angry when others don't want to play, and will go off on verbal tirades. Sound familiar?

Take a deep breath, relax, and adapt to changing times and new games. Your anger will only hurt you.

What qualities of KCL make you think it's similar to wild card games?

Didja get the memo about the cover sheets on the TPS Reports?

I just sent this email to Pokerstars, if you get a minute send something similar along, please:

ideas@pokerstars.com, support@pokerstars.com, pokermanager@pokerstars.com

Hello,

I'm writing to ask that Pokerstars consider adding Kansas City Lowball (2-7, Single Draw, No Limit Lowball) as one of the games spread for both cash and tournament purposes.

I've enjoyed the new "other games" offerings from Pokerstars recently, especially Pot Limit Draw and 2-7 Triple Draw and I feel that adding Kansas City Lowball would reach a great number of players that have played previously, yet have no other place to play online. I also feel that because of the similarities between Kansas City Lowball and No Limit Texas Hold 'Em, the "pure poker" aspect of Kansas City Lowball will appeal greatly to your largest player base.

Please consider making Pokerstars the online home of Kansas City Lowball.

Because you've never seen it spread doesn't mean it isn't.

Those of us who play non-holdem games perhaps get a little annoyed at being patronized by people who only play holdem when we suggest we'd like to play something else.

You may only want to eat french fries, but I like all sorts of vegetables. "I remember when I was a kid, I ate gravel!"

Re: Ask \'Stars to spread Kansas City Lowball

Kansas City Low Ball is just an inferior version of 2-7 Triple draw. Having 1 draw makes it far more simpler and more lucky-prone than three draws. I think 2-7 TD should just replace Kansas City Lowball everywhere..
