There is something cool about watching a perfect park job. There is this hardware store near my place of work. About twice a week an 18 wheeler brings a delivery. And this is what he/she has to do. http://img89.imageshack.us/img89/284...ctpark1ns6.gif They never hit them cars! It takes me 5 tries just to back my boat into the water. [/ QUOTE ] I think the most impressive thing about this is not so much the parking job, but the fact that you can drive a giant tube of toothpaste in the first place. |

Stuey,
Do people really back into angled parking spaces near where you work? |

I once made it into a spot with something like 3 total inches to spare, it took me like twenty back and forths but it was worth it. [/ QUOTE ] http://img211.imageshack.us/img211/7...743591lwi6.jpg |
Re: Odd Compliment From My 12 yr old Neighbor
stuey - how did you decide on the different colors of the cars?
Is there any significance in the choice or order of the colors? Also - how long did it take you to create that awesome animation? Along similar lines, I've travelled a lot on busses with different sports-teams. And some of the maneuvers in tight spaces or arena lots or restaurant parking lots just astound me. Some bus drivers are still newish or a little tentative but eventually get the job done and it's still about 20x faster than I think I could EVER do it no matter how much I practiced. The really good ones though are just awesome. They whip around all over the place and I always swear we're about to hit something on one side or the other or maybe even fall off some ledge and we NEVER do. |

[/ QUOTE ] I like colors so I just made them each a different color there is a fast way to do it in photoshop and it sort of comes out random. No meaning that I know of but who knows for sure?! It took me about 15 minutes to make while I was playing I was not in a rush. To make it move does not take very long and I am sure you agree the drawing is pretty basic. I didn't draw the cars copied and pasted them from google images. I drew a few lines and the toothpaste truck is all. |
