I like Neteller - and whilst ive had to queue for long times when calling and their email responses arent as fast as Pokerstars, they have always been accurate and professional.

Whilst CS may have been somewhat unprofessional in its dealing with him so [censored] what? Some new guy prolly hired as a temp to deal with the huge volume of customer contacts wrote cheers at the end of an email. Whoopty [censored] doo.

I worked in a call centre for all of 10 days. Its a really [censored] job and it isnt helped by morons like this guy being retards in their dealing with you.

I hope there is a follow up in a few months about how Neteller sued him for that $50 [img]/images/graemlins/laugh.gif[/img]

I just had to watch it again because something told me, there was more to this then just a laugh.

Now I could see what I previously missed, that this was not a raging psycho, but a genius director with perfect timing to drop that nasty bomb: "This kinda thing doesn't surprise me coming from an American."

Yeah, but but it's guys like this that sometimes has me embarassed to be from the same country.

Obnoxiousness and idiotic behavior like that truly seems to be more common in this country for some reason. Pretty depressing.

Although I admit my international experience is extremely limited so perhaps I'm wrong about that.
