The books are retarded, by the book I should lose about 30-40lbs. which is ridiculous w/ my fram and muscle to fat ratio.

6'2" approx 350+ (i'm going to the doctor tomorrow for an unrelated issue so I'll know for sure)

I don't have a scale, but I can figure out a way if you want me to. I've dropped 50+ pound so far in the last year, and have kind of hit a plateau in terms of willpower sponsorship is just what I need.

As a bonus I'll email you pictures of my adorable kids, one is 7 years old, the other is almost 8 months so you know what I stand to lose if I don't get rid of more weight. My goal is to lose another 150+ pounds so I should be in your target group.

Thanks for your consideration, I'll take the camera with me tomorrw to photograph the scale at the docs.
