The HOA fees at Panorama run 1200 f'n dollars a month. Must be nice being out 14k a year before you even pay off your loan on the place.

My dad thought it was a good idea to buy one as an investment and now is stuck owning the place due to the collapse of the real estate market. (At least I can mooch off it!) They have a rather strict policy about renting it out and require full background checks to the renters if you decide to rent it. Personally, I think the penthouses at Turnberry are nicer, but Panorama has a sicker location. (Especially if you're a poker player) |
