Can you write new notes?

I don't know if it happens everytime, but I noticed a few times that when I close the party client, it didn't save the notes I'd written during the session (old notes didn't disappear).

I've been recently using notepad and then manually added my notes to the proper file. [censored] annoying.

[/ QUOTE ]Email Party. If enough of us do this, they might fix this annoying and costly problem. I hate 3-barreling my stack of to a total station, and then doing it again 3 days later

I've mailed my VIP host. No answer.
Just sent the same mail to info and support addresses.

Hi Ross,

Thank you for your email and apologies for the delayed response, I was out of the office, on vacation, only returning today.

Regarding your query, as you know, we are aware of this problem of ratholding, and this is currently being investigated and tested by our relevant internal technical department. Our final testing is in process and if it all goes well, it will be included in our next update, which will take place in the coming weeks.

All that I ask is please continue, to remain patience and understanding with regards to this matter. We sincerely hope to have a resolution very shortly.

Ross, thank you for your continued loyalty and patronage, and as a token of my appreciation to you, I have credited your account with a $100 bonus. Enjoy a game on me!

Best Wishes,

Karen,

Is there anything happening at the moment at Party to tackle the problem of having so many players on the tables playing with the smallest possible buyin amount (20BB). Not only this, but shortstacked players who double up their balance, are allowed to leave the table and immediately rejoin with the minimum buyin again (ratholing). This is ruining the game for the rest of us forcing many of us to look at other Pokersites who have a higher minimum buyin amount. I know this issue has been brought to your attention already and I was wondering what is happening with it.

Thanks,

Ross
