Steve Nash didn't take a meaningful shot in the 2nd half; he's obviously a quitter.

well concerns for Phoenix is if fatigue has already caught up to Nash and he goes back to how he played in the middle games of the Clip series, as well as depth issues obviously.

Dallas' concerns is they really cant stop Phoenix so far, and the Suns just missed shots this time. With all that said I expected a split in both Dallas and Phoenix before this series started so we will see what happens.

I don't think fatigue had anything to do with it, the one guy who looked tired was Marion,...it was the fact that the Suns had so many wide open looks that they failed to make in the last 5-8 minutes of the game.

Prior to that Nash was setting everyone else up.
It seemed like they were doubling him a lot in the 4th.

The main thing Dallas needs to be worried about is if the Suns make those last couple of shot in the last 5 minutes, instead of running cold.
Dallas loses at home again.

"Prior to that Nash was setting everyone else up."

he kept setting everyone else up perfectly but:

"The Suns had so many wide open looks that they failed to make in the last 5-8 minutes of the game."

thats what i said before the season started when everone was saying it was gone be a walk for the Mavs.

the game will be close everytime and will simply come down to who runs hot and hits their shots in the last 2-4 minutes.

Ah, glad to see that you like the "guaran-tuq" phrase!

Yes, and I don't know how I didn't think of it first...

Among the oddities in this game was James Jones blocking six shots. With his speed and reach, if he ever gets confidence in his shot he could be a key contributor. Also, a year ago Diaw couldn't get off the bench for the worst team in the league, now the AP recap of the game mentions how he was "limited" to 25 points by Diop's solid defense.

I hope the Suns look at the close game as a moral victory, considering I thought they'd get run out of the building by the more talented Mavs. Nash's garbage basket to cover for the Suns must have made for a fun scene in sports books.

Barbosa needs a good game quickly or he's bound to pull a disappearing act like he did last year about this time.

Gimme a guarantuq for tonight, dude.

I'm scared; I have no idea how we're going to play in Miami. Hopefully the 'Stones will be motivated, and come out and sweep the games in Miami, but you never know.

Horny, unfortunately a guaran-tuq is like love, it's just a feeling that happens, not something you can force. Good luck tonight.

not looking bad too far for detroit, sustaining the early heat rush and still staying close, but foul trouble could definitely be a trouble.
