As a tax payer, I'm glad my hard earned dollars are being spent funding a degenerate's gambling addiction and preventing him from contributing to society.

???. its whats keeping me OFF THE STREETS in govt housing for the elderly and disabled for only $177 a month. u need to learn to distinguish between poker and other forms of gambling, same as our congressmen need to learn how to do. sticking to poker WILL cause me to be a contributing member to society. i wish the govt would give me the whole amount of money all at once instead of a little at once, for if i got like $5-10,ooo at once, i could move to a place with casino such as FL, and have a plenty large enough roll then to generate $2000 or so a month from poker where id never need ssi again and id then request to be taken off ssi so id no longer have to report various income to them from time to time, etc. would save the taxpayers a ton in the long run if i got it all at once. im very responsible with money, i never waste it spending it on myself. and according to officialpokerranking.com, i have a 30% ROI, that means every $1 in invest in an online tourney returns me back $1.30 overall. so i wouldnt so my moneys being wasted gambling. its only when the govt tries to ban online gambling and force people like me outta my home and into casinos where im tempted by BJ and video poker that things become bad if i dont watch myself. however i would like to live near casinos, not to play BJ and video poker, but because the live $1-2 NL games are so easy to beat with a minimum $40-50 buyin. with at least $5000 to work with, im sure i could make $100 or so a day very easily, id have 100 $50 buyins which would prohibit me from ever going broke, and 100 a day is 3000 a month, which is a hell of a lot more than im making now so id certainly cancel the ssi, its more hassle than its worth. for one thing, i constantly have to have less than $2000 in the bank according to their rules. which of course isnt a problem now, but it would be next time i go outta town or relocate. i still have a few more thousand in back pay coming next year, they changed the laws where u dont get it all at once. i started getting ssi in april of 2007. for the first year or so when i moved to ks, i was living at my moms, where my son lives. i was winning about $250-400 a month online poker and paying $50 a week to mom and $50 for the internet, leaving me with very little. i had $1400 when i arrived, and $1100 when i moved outta there into my own apt in april, so i had money on me but hardly any income coming in. like i said i dont ever spend money or waste it on myself. i just basically let it sit there and never touched it unless i needed to redeposit.

same way when i was homeless. if i knew i could either pay $40 for a room and wake up with only $700 left to play poker with (and u should have at least $2000 even for the cheapest games) or hide out somewhere and sleep and wake up just as refreshed as if i had a room but have $740 to play with, naturally id choose the former. in just 10 days time sleeping outside would add like $400 to my roll, anyone with a good enough knowledge of math to understand this, might realize why i remained homeless so many times. a lot of homelessness could be avoided if MORE CHEAP HOUSING was readily available. id paid for housing numerous times over the last 15 yrs and been able to shower so much easier, and felt less stressed and thered been way less problems had i just been able to move into cheap rent elsewhere like i get now.

Being tempted by BJ shouldn't be a problem given you can count cards

That book was meh.

A better book is "Look Me in the Eye" by John Elder Robison. It just came out. He has AS and was the Guitar FX guy for Ace in the band KISS.

not sure if ur sincere, you only have 7 posts, but id be glad to talk to u. PM me if ud like to discuss this over the phone. ive love to be free of needing SSI and to be free to relocate and live near a casino instead of worrying about how where id stay if i relocated, i do plan to relocate if id ever get my money up to over $5000, which is plenty since most of my life ive won $1000-2000 a month in casinos off far less. its only playing online that im making so little i need to get SSI to survive. online poker just dont cut it like live games does. [censored] id even borrow money from a mafia loan shark whod cripple me for life if i didnt pay if i knew one would loan to me. i'm sick of being in this god forsaken neck of the woods.if anyones wondering if that law affected online poker players incomes, i can tell u mines dropped about 3 4th since the law passed, from an average of $400 a month to $100 a month.

ok if u really believe im no good, (and im not at heads up)what i propose is we sit in the same mtt with at least 200-2000 entrants and see who lasts the longest. make the buyin from $3.30 to $11 somewhere and i'm willing to bet u $20 on the side ill last longer than u will. We'll have a forum moderator we both trust holdon to both of our $20's in advance.

I'd rather work at mcdonalds or some [censored] job then grind 1-5 stud all day. Playing within your BR is one thing, playing full-time @ low stakes for a living when your like 40 is pretty pathetic. Oh and is that his real pic in the OP's post? Thats one creepy dude

Re: Tony Bigcharles: The Documentary (WITH CLIFFNOTES)

If that is his real pic I am pretty sure I played poker with him about 6 years ago at Soaring Eagle at Mt. Pleasant or at one of the Indiana boats. You seemed like a good guy who was just down on his luck. Life is rough. Why are people trying to attack this guy really? duffy you might be living it nicely now at 19 or whatever you are but you never know what might happen in your future and where you will be at when you are 40.

Good luck in life Tony.

I am looking for backers who want to stake my forthcoming movie, LuckyJimm: The Musical. This is a film about a degenerate railtard who loves to try and 'spin it up' but inevitably ends up busto.

Starring Stephen Fry as LuckyJimm, the movie contains great songs such as Sitting On The Rail, You Spin Me Up (like a roulette wheel), Luck Be a £5 Hooker Tonight and other smash hits.

I just need $10m to finance this film. It would be more, but I know that Jimm will be happy to work for a $30 buy-in, and a £20 lap dance at Spearmint Rhino, so the rest will go to pay me and Stephen Fry.
