X-Post from NVG and Internet Gambling
Absolute poker clears POTRIPPER of any wrongdoing in this situation. The investigation has beeen going on for almost a month now.
I have several close friends who have played this guy headsup on the account DOUBLDRAG as well who are in total down over $100k to the Absolute Poker hackers. These hackers are probably going to be clearing close to a MILLION DOLLARS on accounts GRAYCAT, PAYUP, STEAMROLLER, DOUBLEDRAG, POTRIPPER. It should also be mentioned that all of this money was CHIP DUMPED to other accounts to be cashed out and this chip dumping was basically ignored by Absolute Poker investigators. I've written a letter to the Kahnawakee gaming comission as I suggest everyone else do the same. If you are currently not playing on Absolute Poker because of this situation inform Absolute Poker as to why you are not playing on their site. NOTHING WILL HAPPEN IF WE DO NOT MAKE IT HAPPEN. ABSOLUTE IS PUSHING THIS UNDER THE RUG. THIS IS HE MOST SERIOUSLY DEVASTATING SITUATION THAT ONLINE POKER HAS EVER SEEN. THIS SITUATION HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ABOUT A MONTH NOW, IF YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT'S HAPPENING IT'S BECUASE WE ARE BEING STONEWALLED. Sorry for the caps but I am finally sick and tired of this sitation not getting the attention it deserves. Also I am banned from posting on P5s so if someone wants to suggest writing to the Kahnawakee gaming comission and Absolute Poker to P5ers, PLEASE do. |

Guys, it doesn't matter. The file is just under 10 mb and it doesn't contain more rows AFAICT.
Also, snagglepuss is an investigative superstar. First, he found some shady costa rican IP activity in the file. Second, he thinks he's found the name of the person who created the excel file. Third, I think the two of us have concluded the that the IP logs are related to the opening and closing of a table and it is not necessarily related to those who are playing at the table. |

It will work, I can convert this to any format he wants. Although, assuming they have the ability show multiple hole cards at the table, I would have to do it "table by table." But I don't think anyone cares about anything except table 13.

Re: lolz super accountz
Holy [censored], I think I found him and I'm like 99% sure this is not a coincidence. Skip to the bolded text if you don't care about the details.
I put all of the IP/email address lines in the following type of SQL table: CREATE TABLE `ipinfo` ( `table` int(3) NOT NULL, `date` datetime NOT NULL, `action` varchar(10) NOT NULL, `email` varchar(80) NOT NULL, `userid` int(15) NOT NULL, `ip` varchar(25) NOT NULL, `port` int(8) NOT NULL ) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1; Then I ran the following query: SELECT * FROM `ipinfo` GROUP BY `email` ORDER BY `ip` ASC It returned 267 rows. Then in the IP range starting with 200, there are two guys with identical IPs. snagglepuss alerted me to these two guys earlier. But here's the evidence on one of the guys: 1. This guy "enters" table 13 at 2007-09-12 21:02:14, which is 2 minutes and 14 seconds after the tourney started. 2. Table 13 is the table which POTRIPPER was playing on 3. He never leaves the table, which means he was observing the table until at least 11:20 PM EST (at least, that's how I understand this) 4. His IP address is based in Costa Rica. 5. This is the most damning. He is user id 363 at AP. That means he was created in the system very very early on. Most of these user ids are in the 6 or 7 figures. I think this tells me that there was some sort of inside job going on. I will withhold his IP and email for the time being. |
