im very interested in splitting a house with clean non-degens in vancouver right now. Im in the city, and I know like no one and ever since ive been back in canada ive been on the edge of miserableness

if things ever go really bad for poker in the USA i would seriously consider something like this as would many others im sure. houses are v v nice and really reasonable.

The houses you have for Montreal look like they're outside of the city. It's probably 85% french outside the city so you'll want to be careful with that if none of you speak french. Is your last house in "fontaine bleu"?

Anyways there's some areas that are more English than others feel free to ask.
