If David isn't in everyone's top 5, he should be. Whether or not you think he's a great player is irrelevant. He's definitely a very good player, and an absolutely amazing *explainer* of difficult ideas.

He's a nice enough guy, but strictly in it, like Clonie, for the exposure and self promo. Look at his/her record in 'real' poker tournaments... and then pick any name out of a phone book
