While in my semi-hiatus (my legs still don't work. Gah Gah Gah) I've thought about my goals. Obv I'd like them ASAP but I will settle for waiting a bit.
Deadlift: 400 Squat: 300 Bench: 250 Power Clean: 200 Weight: 180 If I could close these out by year end, I'd consider it a pretty solid victory. I am closer to some rather than others, but we'll see how everything progresses. I'm gonna punt the last workout in my series from the EDT set and just move into doing the 5x5. Regardless, my Zercher Squat went up a ton. |

i added 50 lbs to my bench in ~ 10 weeks and i was already kinda close to my PR when i started so i def. think he can surpass 50 |

Plus you have a time to exercise if you are a pro poker player. hard to hate on those goals when they are not that lofty. |

I'm "stocky"... Hrm... I like this.
I think I can do it in ~18 months probably tops. And that should account for my drinking, no sleep, random travels etc. Today 4x5: Squat - 115/135/155/155 OH Press - 85/75/95/110 Deadlift - 185/210/240/265 Skipped the sit-ups at the end. Stomach gave me some trouble. Will attempt them tonight. |

Bench - 100/115/135/150/165 Row - 90/100/120/135/145 Hypers - 2x9x25 Sit-ups - 4x9x25 Sets were EZPZ. I'm so hooge. Weight is ~175. Trying to readjust my diet this week. We'll see where I end up at the end of the month. |

I'm having mad trouble getting the calories down each day. I think I went on a bender and now... BOOM. No appetite. Suggestions are welcome. I might have to resort to adding more caloric drinks (I was subsiding on a ton of water and green tea which I like doing since drinking a ton of simple sugars isn't great) or possibly just having to adjust my macros to get the cals I need. Whatev. I probably need to decide if work/poon is more important or a greek god body. And obv work/poon is far more important since I work out so I don't die and to get more ass not vice versa.
Lifts went well today. Squat: 120/135/155/155 OH Press: 80/90/100/110 Deadlift: 190/220/145/270 Situps: 3x20xBW Everything feels strong. But then again this is a lighter day IMO than Monday/Friday. We'll see how I feel after dying on Friday. |

as for getting calories down... you could start drinking chocolate milk pwo or before bed, mix in some protein?
olive oil - put it on everything non-water drinks nut butters/nuts Are you looking for calories from carbs or fat or in general? It's easy to pile on calories from fats, they are so caloric dense it's insane, much harder to up your carb intake... |

Forced myself into eating a big meal before bed. Worked out. I've been getting some cals in.
Worked out today. I pwned. Clearly week 3 wants to get gang banged next week. Deadlifts should be exciting on the ramp. I did the triple ATG today. Usually I do like halfway between parallel and ATG. I was just feeling frisky and its amazing what happens when you aren't hung over. |

I'm gorging myself on two chicken breasts, a beer, and ~1/2 cup of weird brownish/wild rice. Sadly, I've only eaten like ~8 ounces of crab, a little fruit and some other random crap today. So all is still not well, but it is slowly migrating to me actually eating 5+ meals of ~500 calories each. Choo Choo!
Tomorrow will post actual numbers from lifting. They are getting bigger. |

Monday....
Squat - 120/140/160/180/200 Bench - 100/120/135/155/170 Row - 90/105/120/135/150 Hyper extensions - 2x8x30 Weighted Sit Ups - 4x8x30 Weight - 175.5 Squats were exciting. Form was a little shaky on the heavier sets. I'm trying to get deeper than I used too. Probably related. Nothing to serious just not exactly where I'd like them to be. Don't ask me how I have problems eating but now weigh more than I did before. Possibly the lack of boozing has helped my weight gain? No clue. Though I consumed only like ~9 drinks this week with a peak of ~5 in an evening. So that def helps. Sleep has been a little thin, but not excessively so. On the plus side, my back looks pretty hooge. Also, I have not been using any stimulants for my workouts. I'll probably wait till I hit failure on a day and then start using them before I workout. Should help keep the progress train moving. |

OH Press - 80/90/100/115 Deadlift - 195/225/250/280 Situps - 3x20 Weight: 177 Gross. Oddly, my clothes seem to fit better now. I don't know what it is. Maybe its a "eat like [censored] and get huge" plan that my body seems to be on. Either way I'm cool with it. Perhaps its the reaction from a week of not getting hammered all the time? Who knows. Regardless I like it. I'll probably get upto 180 here shortly and start instituting some swimming into my weekly regimen and see how my body responds. I'll also cut calories a bit and maybe through in some supps. But one thing at a time. I still have to get fatter first. Side note: My thickness is way way up. I actually look kinda big (fat?). Weird. |

I'm gonna take a week to semi-unload. I was feeling tight and sore in my lower back Friday and my diet/recovery has been poor as I've been very busy. I moved my Friday workout to today and am then punting the rest of the week sans a max effort power clean session on Friday. Will start with week 4 next Monday.
Squat - 120/140/160/180/205/160 Bench - 100/120/135/155/175/135 Row - 90/105/120/135/155/120 Weighted Dips - 3x8x25 Barbell Curls - 3x8x55 Tricep Pressdown - 3x8x40 I'm going to move up the weight on the other lifts and lower reps to 3x5 for all. Weights were easy on S/B/R. I think I had a few more in the hole on most of the heavier sets barring the heaviest one. Squat has gotten nice and deep, I might try some stretching to help settle in deeper as I do feel a little tight and if I get almost ATG weight wants to shift forward on my feet. |

Squat - 125/145/165/185/205 Bench - 105/125/140/160/175 Row - 95/110/125/140/155 Hypers 2x9x30 Weighted Sit Ups 4x9x30 Felt [censored]. Did the workout way too fast. Almost failed last set of bench. Whatev. I need more Surge. I bought original formula and it tastes worse than dicks. Like stale dicks. Its haggard. On a more positive note all my squats except the first set are ATG (I use the first set as a warm up.) Choo? |

I took one of those BP tests the other day. I assume flexing your forearm is not a positive thing while doing those... However, it did spit out 148/75 to me... So either I've made significant progress in dying the last 5 months or... It just sucked. I think I will hold off on efforts to keep myself from dying just yet. Maybe next year during a physical if its still a shade high I'll pick up daily cardio.

Visitor from out of town skipped Friday workout. I have a somewhat cold. My glands are swollen but I'm not really coughing. Nose is a little stuffy so I could probably use the time off.
Squat - 125/145/165/185/210/165 Bench - 105/125/140/160/180/140 Row - 95/110/125/140/160/125 Dips - 3x5x30 Curls - 3x8x60 Tricep - 3x8x50 Felt really strong. Surge tastes gross. Weight: 177 I have not been taking creatine. Looks like results oriented I could used the time off. I'll be taking a couple weeks off in ~2 weeks so I can afford a little overtraining atm. |

If possible, could you label each workout? It seems like this is the third workout, correct? Or is it the first? wondering what that sixth set is doing there. |
