What a good deal for whoever buys the house. Insta-rents it out to people who they know can pay rent and will not cause too many problems. Build ridiculous credit and have a house practically free.

iirc, two big cities in texas (austin and dallas maybe?) were ranked in the top 5 for fattest city in the USA.
