Medal of honour: heroes 2 is meant to be pretty good, not out here in the UK yet though.

Wii Tennis is a total blast. Bowling is pretty damn fun and both work well for drinking games/gambling. Golf ain't bad. I can't comment on the other games for Wii but if you only have Wii sports you can have a lot of fun.
