c/c-his numbers, hes gonna call with way more hands than he is gonna bet. unlikely to bluff a missed draw if we check to him.

c/f- this cant be right we are probably ahead of his calling range if we valubet

We can also assume a raise is never a bluff, so we can safely bet fold

i think this has to be a call here. it looks to me like he got to the river with a draw something he realizes isn't good anymore and is trying to get you off a 2 pr type hand knowing how strong his push looks
