Some books did offer ML bets on that game. It doesn't hurt the books.. So many clowns parlay that ML with other lines that upsets like that are money for the books.

Line was around -10000/+8000 or so is what others posted afterwards.

As I have whined about in a couple of other threads, I tried to put a bet down on Bookmaker on Stanford +7500. I have been making my dog ML bets "to win" 1 or 2 units instead of risking 1 unit (mistake?) so that I can experiment without a lot of variance. Unfortunately Bookmaker wouldn't let me place the bet because the amount I was risking was less than a dollar. I should have gone back and made it for $1 to win $75, but I didn't.

He only picked ILL to win. He did not also pick them to cover the spread.

Those guys crack me up when they are picking their 'winners'.

This may be a little off topic, but does anyone know of a TV show(doubtful) or a web show(i am hoping) where a handicapper talks about the weeks spreads and games. I thought it would be entertaining.

Ideally, I am hoping someone knows of a site that posts web shows similar to the one you see in "Two for the Money". Not for the "info" but as something fun to watch.

Don't they still do the infomercial scam-dicappers type shows on some stations, maybe FSN, on early Sunday mornings with 3 or 4 idiots bragging about their awesome 5-star picks of the week?
