i really don't get why people are saying this. preflop is fine, i think making ur reraising range pre very tight vs this kind of player is a huge mistake.

as for the river, u either have a read that he is bluffing or not. this is one of those spots that is really tough to give a good answer to because it relies so so heavily on ur perception of his willingness to bluff this particular spot or what he thinks u are capable of laying down. that being said tho, this river is a call for sure vs the kind of player u described
