another, the sender must meet ALL of the following requirements below.
The receiver must meet requirements numbers 1 and 5.

1. Completed account registration (including having a full first, last
name and full mailing address).
2. Request must be a minimum of $5.00.
3. ePassporte and InstaDebit users must have at least 60 days of
successful deposit history.
4. Credit Card users must have at least 90 days of successful deposit
history.
5. You may only have 1 active Full Tilt account open.
6. MyWebATM, Cash Transfer, NETeller, and Click2Pay users must have made
a successful deposit.

no idea how he does it. but... i doubt they are all seperate accounts. don't you need a different bank/debit card for each account?

here's the puzzling bit... name-changing is fun... but pointless. however.. if he has connections at FTP then he could/should use them for more sinister motives... buy a pattern mapper!
