I go with being at the epicenter of a nuclear explosion. This almost has to be the fastest and least painful way to die. BAM- you don't exist anymore

Blank rounds need some padding in them so they will go bang. Parts of that padding will fire out the end of the gun and rip through [censored] like real bullets if you are close enough.

I'm going with brain aneurysm. Kind of dull I know but I like the idea of not knowing it's coming and it being completely painless.
