Also, in movies and stuff, old people go to bed each night part of them afraid that they wont wake up, I wonder if they actually feel that way?

I think I would much rather be awake. I'm not sure of any specific awake scenario I would prefer though. Obviously not something like a grease fire or getting shot and bleeding slowly to death or drowning or anything where I was in a lot of pain.

for me, not an iota. I'm an atheist and i'll take asleep. Just thought i'd kick up the philosophising.
