Ye just put yourself as a poker player and mention you had some alchohol problems in the past. Should suffice.

1 day a week for almost 9 months. A few weeks off here and there. Most days we were out by 12.00 PM but occasionally went the whole day.

Most cases were boring, and slam dunks. Not much to get to probable cause, and most attorneys were overkilling with the evidence. 40 bucks a day plus about 60 cents a mile. If you are over 100 miles away, they will also pay for a hotel room and meals.

My pool, they made if very difficult to get disqualified. Best case would be sole supporter of a family business. Judges do not have much sympathy. For those whom were disqualified or not selected to Grand Jury service, you immediately went into the regular Federal Jury pool to be assigned to an upcoming trial.
