Re: Prima STOLE $1950 from me!
Unable is not the same as Not allowed to
Basically the T&Cs contain false info, which can't (legally) be used against the player, am I right? |
Re: Prima STOLE $1950 from me!
Any update on this? Did you take it further?

Re: Prima STOLE $1950 from me!
Did Australia get added to the list after you signed up?
Seems like a lot of rubbish to me. I cannot see why Australia are banned at any rate. They have law ristiction for online gambling to my knowledge anyway? |
Re: Prima STOLE $1950 from me!
always, ALWAYS read at leat the basic T&C especially the part about countries allowed.
My guess is OP didnt see this and joined anyways.. |
Re: Prima STOLE $1950 from me!
While I agree that OP should have read the T&C that the New Account script contained Australia and then even adjusted the province to Australia's counts against the site.
It would also be relevant to know what the status of Australia is with respect to online poker. For a US citizen where it is 50/50 if a site will accept you then the onus is on them to read the T&C to check. If someone is in a country where they can play on any site except this one then there is less of a burden to check. |
