Actually the 3% applies across the board to everything. I hit a $50,000 bad beat jackpot and got hit with the 3%. Not sure the 3% is dependant in any way to the size of a tourney buyin. You win money, you get taxed. My win was at the Grand

The 3% does not apply to poker prize pool monies, unless the net winnings are $5,000.

I would suspect it would be simular to last year's structure.
