Make Rebuying in both cash games and tourneys easier.

Model it after FT's rebuy system where you can just click on the dealer tray and the rebuy menu comes right up.

Increase the default buy-in. I'm pretty sure I get a ton of shortstackers at my tables just because they don't know any better.
