I've seen this done in person by a ~35-year old. It was a habanero spice stick and he had pretty much the same reaction.

I ate a scotch bonnet once for a dollar because someone warned me they were really hot (Most Scotch Bonnets have a heat rating of 150,000–325,000 Scoville Units, according to wikipedia) and I'm retarded. If you can handle the pain I'd say it's worth it in terms of the adrenaline rush and euphoria you get afterwards, my ears were sweating and one of my nipples started to itch.

Call me crazy, but I dont think anyone is thinking about anything besides "holy [censored] this is [censored] spicy". Thus he may very well touch his eyes w/o thinking about it.

I've done it multiple times, don't ask why. The first 30 minutes are miserable, but you can get through it as long as you don't touch your genitals or eyes.

Edit: The kid in the video was either a huge pussy or clearly playing it up. Noone I've seen has had a reaction like that.
