There is a HUGE difference between drinking and driving and smoking and driving.

From a purely scientific standpoint i'd guess driving while very high is much worse than driving while drunk. Alcohol slows your reaction time and [censored] with your hand-eye coordination, but weed actually distorts your spatial perception.

Meh, in the end it's a car, not a [censored] space shuttle or something.
