Damn pros. How come I don't get that respect.

The first and last time I took a backpack to a casino, I was barred. No coatcheck, no explanation, no admittance. Luckily, I had a folder in the backpack: shoved the backpack, gym clothes, all my work papers into a flimsy plastic folder-- overflowing and big as the damn backpack itself-- and was admitted by the same guy.

Every security guard searches my bag at the door except one. The other day one of them asked why I don't bring something different ('like a gun', he said) so that they wouldn't be so bored. I keep waiting on them to just give up searching me but after a year or so............
