I would say go with braun, best razor i've used out of a bunch of different ones. Also i would go with one with a dock, they last longer.

this will be the next one i buy i think. Someones already posted it tho im guessing.

I made a thread like this a couple months ago. Got no useful replies (probably because I didn't offer money).

I did my own research and found the Braun 360 complete system got consistently good reviews and comments from purchasers. I bought a kit and I've been pretty happy with it. The cleaning base is especially cool, detects how dirty the razor is and cleans it accordingly.

The razor itself I use two ways. #1 If I shave normally, fairly quick - it gets the job done with pretty much zero irritation. #2 If I shave with a lot of pressure and take my time going over areas several times, I can get a shave very close to my old Mach 3 / Fusion blade razor. There's some irritation getting this close, but a bit of Nivea takes it away.

I'll admit, it looks kinda funky, but it definitely gets the job done. Got it for my birthday two years ago, and I love it. You get the best of both worlds... very close, and very little irritation.

My bad, it's a Norelco.

Here's the right link: http://www.amazon.com/Philips-Norelco-72...7595&sr=1-7

From what i've heard the Phillips Bodygroom is pretty good if you have sensitive skin.

The Braun 360 system gets the best reviews. I own the generation before (7570) and it gives a shave that is close to a blade. I'd rate the trimmer as adequate. You probably should purchase a separate trimmer.
