Re: Has anyone tried Pic-Club?

I haven't tried pic club but it does however look promising It will depend on how much i use prima.

I set up a quicktender to find out they charge like 10-20 per withdraw doesnt make me want to play there for that.

I used it successfully to deposit at Prima. Fees were a bit high but the process was pretty smooth.

Hi Chuck,

Welcome to our forum. I used Pic-Club to deposit to Eurolinx and am getting ready for my first withdrawal. Am I reading correctly that there is 9% rate to withdraw to my checking account? Also, how long does it usually take for me to recieve a check if I use that option?

Re: Has anyone tried Pic-Club?

Have been wary of commenting on PIC-Club with my first post for fear of being flamed as a spammer but I successfully deposited and cleared the Eurolinx special bonus over the weekend.

Total fees are probably comparable to EPassporte but without the 7 business day waiting time, total elapsed time from sign-up to actually playing in game was about 15 minutes.

Most impressive was customer service when I encountered a technical glitch that wouldn't allow me to log-in to PIC-Club to withdraw my funds. When they were unable to correct the technicality, CEO Chuck Kidd personally CALLED ME to assure me a check had been cut and was in the mail.

Again, excuse me if this sounds like a spam post from a newby, I've just been frustrated trying to find info on this particular deposit method since the original spam attempts back in June. All the flaming only hampers a free exchange of info, which is what this forum is all about after all.

Re: Has anyone tried Pic-Club?

Hi Groo and thanks for the welcome.

Any and all processing fees at the PIC-CLUB are a direct result of the UIEGA. We do not make money from the players as the poker rooms pay us for doing their processing.

The fees we assess are a direct pass through from the various clearing houses and banks that we do business with. ACH is nearly impossible to get and only by being a legal Trading Company was I able to aquire it. That being said the Bank does know that ultimatly the funds go to poker rooms so they hit us with a high rate because they can.

I am working at every turn to lower the processing fees and as I succeed I will pass the reductions along to our members.

Here is a list of our Withdrawal options, please ask our excellent 24/7 support team for help if you need it.

Regards,

CharlieK

Hello, Charlie,

Congratulations on the launch and on getting through the banking thicket. Thanks for posting the customer costs information here.

As you know, we have looked at your services for our customers.

What I still have been looking for is more customer feedback before committing to adding your services. I would appreciate feedback from veteran 2+2ers who have been using PIC-Club.

Regards,

TruePoker CEO

All this spam and no links? WTF?

Googling pic-club brings up all kinds of other nonsense.

Get to work on the SEO, CEO.

*edit* Ahh, there it is. Fourth one down. See how patient I am?

Hi 2+2ers,

The DGS network is launching this week with our PIC-PAY service for International players and will soon be available to the PIC-CLUB members and the U.S. market also.

Stay tuned this week as a major announcement will take place regarding at least 3 new Major Poker rooms joining the PIC-CLUB. I promise you will be as excited about them as I am.

Re: Has anyone tried Pic-Club? PLEASE post your experiences here.

So, could somebody who has actually put money into this site shed a little light on this?

I went onto their site, but didn't find out exactly what the deal was. What the heck is the shares thing?

The fees look very high. They say you can deposit using a credit card but the fee is 5%, plus 9% to cash out. I can't really imagine a CC working in this day and age.

Could somebody please explain exactly how they are getting around the restrictions? what is the trick?

Again, it looks like fees, fees, and more fees. And no mainstream poker sites.

I am uninterested in going through another Neteller.

Thanks,

Tuff
