I think the double stacks helps the circuit pros get off to a better start...

I doubt this makes any difference at all unless it is psychological. The double starting stacks don't make a significant difference in the amount of play you get because of offsetting changes in the blind structure.

I was just thinking about Cunningham recently and about how he hadn't really done that much for a while... so much for variance

Re: cunningham

double stack definitely matters, players fall at the same rate either way so when you can actually play post flop late it gives the pros a huge advantage, pre-flop online players seem to kill it because they understand all the concepts more then pros or atleast it seems like it, pros seem to call pre flop raises with 8 or 9 big blinds while online pros just push it and accumulate chips quickly

You don't remember he won like $4 million at the main event final table 10 months ago?

That is such a sick heads up match for the bracelet. Lisandro has been consistently excellent for years now both on the tournament scene and in cash games.

As far as Cunnigham, he has proven that his tournament game is possibly the best in the world and he has no trouble proving it.

Geez, the adoration here for Alex (who, btw, would demolish me and is a fantastic player) is insane. After he wins multiple bracelets, maybe...
