err, no he's not. Also, he's the biggest staller in the entire world. He takes minutes to make the simplest of pf decisions and in general just wastes a ridiculous amount of time.

He might not have been, he just takes like 5 [censored] minutes every time action is to him no matter what. He went pretty deep in the FPC and he was "stalling" well past the bubble.
