haha, UB is offering lots of reloads...basically because they know you can't clear them. Aren't they smart.

Looks like AP is no longer releasing $10/50 points. The website hasn't changed, but currently I have 56 acquired points. Damn, I liked the new method. Sigh, knew it wouldn't last long though.

this change never really affected me at all. i haven't had an AP bonus expire in about 8 months of player there. this just means I get through the bonus faster, but I still get no extra value from this promotion.

Instead of 10,000 hands all under the bonus, I play 7000 hands clearing the bonus, and 3000 hands with no bonus, with the same amount cleared.

Whatever, I'm only in it for rakeback and 200,000 APR points, anything else is just gravy.

You realize that the bonus adds at least 5% rakeback depending on the game you play right?

Does AP subtract bonus from rakeback?
If yes, which would be better, clearing the bonus or have a rakeback account?

For those that need more bonus reloads you can always open an account at a skin, such as Vegas Poker 247 or Big Chips poker. They also have a first time deposit bonus of 300 for Vegas and 500 for Big Chips.

NOBODY deducts bonuses from rakeback. Sites that deduct bonuses are deducting from your MGR (rake), which is what your RB is calculated from. Therefore, it's not an either/or. You get the rakeback AND the bonus. You just get less rakeback while you clear the bonus if it's deducted.

As to Absolute, they do not deduct for non-Americans. For Americans, I'm not sure...I know they changed things for US a while back.

I like this idea. Does Vegas Poker or Big Chips offer the 200,000pts for $3k like VP can't find it on either website?

Nope. They do not have a VIP program. Also note that Big Chips doesn't accept US players. They are just a good place to play for additional reloads if you're empty on AP.
